Data Entry & Management
- Assist with updating and organizing patient, donor, and volunteer information.
- Help track donations, events, and volunteer hours to ensure accurate records.
Event Coordination Support
- Help organize logistics for events such as Rare Disease Fairs, advocacy days, and meetups.
- Assist with tracking RSVPs, event materials, and participant communications.
Communication & Correspondence
- Respond to emails and inquiries from volunteers, families, and stakeholders.
- Help draft and send follow-up communications or event reminders.
Document Preparation
- Assist with preparing materials for board meetings, policy briefs, and fundraising campaigns.
- Help prepare and format presentations for stakeholders or legislative hearings.
Research & Outreach
- Conduct research on potential sponsors, partners, or vendors to help support our initiatives.
- Help identify new opportunities for collaboration with other organizations or advocacy groups.
Social Media & Newsletter Support
- Assist with compiling content for newsletters, social media posts, or event updates.
- Help monitor and update our website or social media platforms.
